The City ~ttorney stated that it is up to the Council <br />4~~hether they s~~ant to hold a hearing. <br />Mr. k3lesener pointed out that the City does not !cnosv what proposal #2 <br />will cost the City. The City Attorney stated that there are five less <br />easements under Proposal #3 than ~2. <br />Mr. Fahey stated that he sees no reason to hold a public hearing as <br />Proposal #3 is within the right-of-way except for three easements. <br />Mrs. Scatze felt that the propert.y owners should be informed about <br />Proposal rk3. <br />~1r. E3lesener was still concerned that the City did not have costs <br />for Praposal ;R2, <br />i~ir. Fahey pointed out that Proposal #? will be niore expensive than #3 <br />and the Council should not spend taxpayer money unnecessarily.
