The City ~ttorney stated that it is up to the Council 4~~hether they s~~ant to hold a hearing. Mr. k3lesener pointed out that the City does not !cnosv what proposal #2 will cost the City. The City Attorney stated that there are five less easements under Proposal #3 than ~2. Mr. Fahey stated that he sees no reason to hold a public hearing as Proposal #3 is within the right-of-way except for three easements. Mrs. Scatze felt that the propert.y owners should be informed about Proposal rk3. ~1r. E3lesener was still concerned that the City did not have costs for Praposal ;R2, i~ir. Fahey pointed out that Proposal #? will be niore expensive than #3 and the Council should not spend taxpayer money unnecessarily. The City already has most of the right-of-Nia,y under Proposal #3.
