The C1erk <br />Excavation reported that the [ngineer has looked at the Site, and the Cler!c <br />Permit recommended that the Coimcil approve the permit. <br />Agenda The Engineer reported that Mr. Frattalone will be taking part of the <br />Item No. 7 pro~erty do~fm and it will improve the situation. <br />The Cler'R reported that the hlighway Department wants to relocate a <br />fence and part of the problem is the terrain. 7he Clerk reported <br />that Frattalone has applied Por and paid for the permi't. <br />Metal i~r. Fahey reported that the Planning Commission has revie4aed the <br />f3uiidings proposal with recaard to rnetal buildings and has recommended that <br />the City adopt the Planner's proposal deleting items 2, 3, 4, and 5 <br />Agenda and adding the phrase "wit'n metal exteriors" to Item 1. <br />Item ~lo. ~ <br />N15. Mardini pointed out from the Planning Commission minutes that <br />P~tr. Herkenhoff commentetl. that this ordinance was geared to quality <br />development in the City. Nardini agreed and stated that the City a~anted <br />to ensure it gets quality deveio~ment on the little available land 1eft <br />i n the Ci ty to clevel op. <br />t1r.
