This line tiaas then turned over <br />P4obile Ilome to Vadnais Heights. It appears t'nat the line has settied, hot~iever, the <br />Park responsibility for the lin~ is no~;a Vadnais Heights'. <br />Agenda <br />Item ~o. 18 <br />Park Charges Mrs. Sca1ze pointed out that the Council ~r~ill have to determine the <br />park charge for the Rutzic'~c development. Sca1ze pointeci out the <br />~igenda park charge that yias levied on St. Juci.e's Medica7. <br />Item ~lo. 79 <br />The City Cler'~c sugyested that Rutzick's par'~r charge be 5~ for the <br />commercial buildngs and $100 per unit for the apartments. Sca1ze <br />suggested that the City try to obtain a purchase agreement from P1r. <br />Rutzick. <br />t4r.
