MIPJUTES <br />City Council <br />Plov. 26, 1985 <br />Approving Mr. Fahey introduced the follovaing reso1ution and movecf its adoption: <br />Vouchers <br />RES~LUTIOPI N0. £35-11-565 - APPROVING <br />6lgenda THE VOUCHFRS <br />ICem No. 15 <br />The foreyoing resolution was duty seconded by Pis. Plardini. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Nardini, Scalze, f~lesener, Collova. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Eioo'~c Mo. 1?., Pa9e 602. <br />Zoning The Planner renorted that currently mini-storage is not listed as a <br />Ordinance use under ~S-3 zoning, ho~vever, open storarye is. Technically, the City <br />Changes ~s not allol~ied to approve mini-storage in a[3-3 zone. 7he P1anner <br />stated that even iT a proper'ty is zoned Co PUD, this use should be <br />Aoenda listed in the ordinance. <br />ICem No. 14 <br />The C.1 er'~t poi nted out that i t aai 11 'ta'~ce a publ i c heari ng i n order for <br />the Council to approve this use in a[3-3 zone. <br />Fahey pointetl out that the !3uilding Inspector has some other suggestions <br />for amending the ordinance. Fahey suggested that the f,ouncil consider <br />them all at the same public hearing. Fahey sug~ested tnat the Planner <br />and Building Insnector get together and go over the ordinance and <br />present ~heir recommendations for ainendments to the Co~mc~l. <br />Pahey suggested that the Planner and Building Inspector report at the <br />December 11 meeting. <br />f4r.
