MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />December 30, 1955 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of the <br />Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the <br />30th day of December, 1985 in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br />located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael Fahey chaired the meeting and called it to order at <br />5:35 P.M. and the following members were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor <br />Councilman <br />Councilman <br />Councilwoman <br />Councilwoman <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Clerk <br />Recording Secretary <br />Mr. Michael Fahey <br />Mr. William Blesener <br />Mr. Rick Collova <br />Ms. Mugs Nardini <br />Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br />Mr. Joseph Chlebeck <br />Mrs. Kathleen Glanzer <br />Rutzick P9r. Tim Keenan, attorney representing Briggs & P9organ, appeared before <br />Development the Council on the Rutzick request for final approval of industrial <br />& revenue bonds. Keenan requested that the Council approve the Brutger <br />Industrial Companies, Inc. as a member of the Cedar Lakeside Project. Wallace <br />Revenue Johnson was also present representing Brutger Companies, Inc. <br />Bonds Jim Rutzick was present representing his development known as Cedar <br />Lakeside Project. <br />Ms. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 85-12-593 - APPROVING <br />THE ADDITION OF BRUTGER COf9PANIES, IVC. <br />AS A MEMBER OF CEDAR LAKESIDE LIMITE~ <br />PARTNERSHIP AS A COMPANY INVOLVED IN THE <br />HOUSING PORTION OF THE RUTZICK DEVELOPMENT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Nardini, Blesener, Scalze, Fahey, Collova. <br />Mayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 12, Page 645. <br />The next item before the Council was the rezoning of the 6dinter property <br />as it pertains to the Rutzick property. Fahey thought that the (;ouncil <br />had approved the division at a previous meeting, but had not combined it <br />with the Rutzick PUD. <br />Page -1- <br />
