Engelspa reported that they would meet
all recommendations of the City Planner.
There was no one else from the audience wishing to be heard.
Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 86-4-148 - CLOSING THE PUBLIC
HEARI~lG ON THE SAXON QOWI_ING ALLEY REQUEST
FOR A SIDEYARD SETBACK VARIANCE
The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Ms. Nardini.
Ayes (5) Scalze, Nardini, Collova, Blesener, Fahey.
Nays (0).
Resolution declared adopted.
This resolution appears in Resolution Qook Mo. 13, Page 149.
Ms. Nardini questioned the amount of impervious surface on the site.
Page -2-
