MINUTES <br />City Council <br />May 13, 1986 <br />Mr. Collova pointed out that there were people at the meeting who <br />have pushed for various drainage projects, but they did not speak <br />out in favor of the projects at the hearing. <br />The City Attorney informed the Council that the public hearing was called <br />on the various projects that were presented. If tne Council wishes to <br />add in another project, a hearing will have to be held for that project <br />and the same process must be followed as with the public hearing tonight. <br />Fahey suggested that since that is the case, the Council should just <br />concentrate on any deletions it might wish to make. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 86-5-169 - TA6LING ACTION ON <br />THE VARIOUS DRAINAGE DISTRICT PROJECTS UNTIL <br />THE MAY 28, 1986 COUNCIL MEETING IN ORDER TO <br />GIVE THE COUNCIL THE OPPORTUNITY TO REVIEW THE VARIOUS <br />PROJECTS AND THE TOTAL DOLLAR AMOUNT IDIVOLVED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Nardini, Collova, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 13, Page 161. <br />Ms. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 86-5-170 - ADJOURNING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Nardini, Blesener, Collova, Fahey, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 13, Page 162. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:37 P.M. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />~ ~ <br />\ <br />~ ~~~%-?.,~ ~~e.c~,~ ~s% .l ' r ~ ,-~~`. <br />Kathleen Glanzer' ~~- <br />Recording Secretary <br />Page -10- <br />
