MINUTES <br />City Council <br />May 14, 1986 <br />Approving Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Vouchers <br />RESOLUTION N0. 86-5-193 - APPROVING <br />Agenda THE VOUCHERS <br />Item No. 20 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Ms. Nardini. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Nardini, Scalze, Blesener, Collova. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 13, Page 191. <br />Filling Mrs. Scalze informed the Council that there is some filling going <br />Along Rice on along Rice Street in a wetland area. <br />Street <br />The Council suggested that the Building Inspector check this out. <br />Agenda <br />Addition Mrs. Scalze suggested that the City's aerial photos could be used <br />to determine the extent of this filling. Scalze suggested that <br />the DNR may have to be involved. <br />Gas Tank Mr. Blesener reported that the Public Works Department would like <br />For City to purchase a new gas tank for the City Garage as the old one <br />Garage is beginning to rust. One quotation has been received in the <br />amount of $3,000 and Public Works will try to obtain two more. <br />Agenda <br />Addition P4r. Collova suggested that if a quotation that is reasonable is <br />received from a Little Canada business, that quotation should be <br />awarded. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 86-5-194 - AUTHORIZING THE <br />PURCHASE OF A NEW GAS TANK FOR THE CITY <br />GARAGE FOR UP TO $3,000 WITN THE STIPULATION <br />THAT IF A REASONABLE QUOTATION IS RECEIVED <br />FROM A LITTLE CANADA BUSINESS, THAT QUOTATION <br />BE AWARDED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Collova. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Collova, Nardini, Scalze, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 13, Page 192. <br />Page -24- <br />
