Co1lova. <br />f3ros. llyes (~4) Fahey, Collova, Scalze, Nardini. <br />Construction P,iays (0). <br />(Cont.) Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution 3ook Plo. 15, Page 2,65, <br />Rusch f4r. Fred Rusch has made application for a conditional use pcrmit <br />House to relocate a house to his property on Lai<eshore Avenue directly <br />Relocation across from the Tom Thumb store. <br />Agenda Fahe.y reported that the house consists of ~35 square feet and <br />Item Rlo. fi that the square footage would be increased to meet City Code <br />requirements. Ttie Planning Commission recommended approval based <br />on the square footage being increas~ct. <br />There vaas no one from the nei g'noorhood present sdi shi ng to coimnent <br />on the request. <br />Scalze asked the amount of frontage the lot had. <br />Rusch replied that the lot has IID Feet of frontage of aahich 10 <br />feet is used as a driveway easement to the La~iore property in <br />the back of Rusc'n's propert.y. <br />Nardini asked if the City should have a Certificate of Survey for <br />the property. <br />Fahey pointed out that at the Planning Commission meeting the neighbors <br />did not object to the relocation of the house on this property, but <br />rather questioned the location of the lot line. <br />Scalze asked how close Rusch could locate the house to the drivevray <br />easement. <br />The Planner repliec( that the house could be 1ocatetl riqht up to <br />the easement, but could not be placed on the easement. <br />P1r.
