Collova nointed out the recommendations roade by the 13uilding <br />Insnector in his June 24 memo. <br />Rusch stated that he :vould comply v~ith these recommendations, and <br />that the house woulci be brought up to City Code. <br />Collova recommendcd that the City eitner get a Registerec~ Surve.y, <br />or locate the property stakes before the house is located on th~ <br />pronerty. <br />Rusch stated that the stakes are in. <br />Scalze asked if the house t~iould be located to provide room for a <br />future garage on the site !~ithout need for a variance. <br />2usct~ stated that he plans to adtl a cletached garage in the bac!< <br />of the property sor!ie time in the future. <br />fir. G~uliana reported that the City has <br />Sign removed the sign the cornplex previousty had at the corner of <br /> i_ittle Canada Road and Centerville Road. Giuliana reported that <br />Agenda the complex is difficult to find and a dir~ctional sign is <br />Item ~lo. f3 necessary. Giuliana also reported that there has been a drop in <br /> occupancy at the comp1ex since last summer, anci feels that part <br /> of the problein is the removal of the s~gn. <br /> Fahey pointed out that Pnontreal Courts was the only building in <br /> the City ~rith 'the type of sign it had at Centerville Road and <br /> Little Canada Road.
