MINUTES <br />City Council <br />July 23, 1986 <br />Collova Mr. Rick Collova appeared before the Council requesting a readjustment <br />Lot Split of lot lines for property along McMenemy in order that there are <br /> three buildable lots on this property. <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 10 Scalze pointed out that there are currently three lot~ however, one <br /> lot is only 50 feet wide. Scalze felt that this was a reconfiguration <br /> of lot lines that eliminated a non-conforming lot. Scalze pointed <br /> out that the lots will all meet the City's minimum standards. <br /> Mr. Fahey suggested that the City Engineer review the necessity <br /> for drainage easements on the property. <br /> The Engineer did not feel easements were completely necessary, but <br /> stated that he will review the property. The Engineer did not <br /> feel that the City should require easements if they were not going <br /> to be used. <br /> Ms. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 86-7-332 - APPROVING THE <br /> COLLOVA LOT SPLIT AS PRESENTED BASED ON <br /> THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY PLANNER <br /> AND THE ENGINEER'S REVIEW OF DRAINAGE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener. <br />Ayes (4) Nardini, Blesener, Scalze, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Abstains (1) Collova. <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in ResolutionBook No. 15, Page 389. <br />Larson Mr. Don Larson, property owner of Lot 1, Twin Lake Trail, appeared <br />Lot Split before the Council requesting that 12 feet be divided from his <br />property and combined with Lot 2. This will resolve a problem caused <br />Agenda be the placement of the house on Lot 2 so that a corner of the <br />Item No. 11 house is 1.7 feet over the property line. Lot 1 will still meet <br />the City's requirements for lot size. <br />fahey pointed out that the Planning Commission recommended approval <br />of the property division. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 86-7-333 - APPROVING THE DON <br />LARSON LOT SPLIT AS PRESENTED SUBJECT TO THE <br />CITY ENGINEER'S APPROVAL OF THE SURVEY <br />SUBMITTED AND SUBJECT TO THE NECESSARY <br />DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS AS REQUIRED <br />BY THE CITY ENGINEER <br />Page -12- <br />
