Nardini questioned whether <br /> or not the City approved this. <br /> The Planner stated that he would check it out. <br /> The City Clerk reported that Ray McCulloch is requesting <br /> a refund for his bond for landscaping. The Clerk pointed out <br /> the letter written by the Building Inspector regarding the fencing <br /> of this property. <br /> The Planner pointed out that fencing is a requirement of <br /> landscaping and screening. <br /> Based on that information, the Council decided to take no action <br /> on the McCullough request for refund of landscaping bond until <br /> it receives a favorable report from the Quilding Inspector. <br />Schafer Mr. Robert Schafer, 2570 Jackson Street, requested approval of <br />Fill a fill permit to fill two ditches that run along Jackson. Schafer <br />Permit pointed out that a permit is not necessary from the Watershed as <br /> the project is less than 1 acre in size. <br />Agenda <br />Addition Schafer reported that he would be bringing in 60 to 80 yards of <br /> fill. Schafer also reported that the Public Works Superintendent <br /> is agreeable to the filling. <br /> Scalze asked Schafer about other filling that was done on his <br /> property. <br /> Schafer reported that he will be meeting with the Watershed shortly <br /> on that filling which he did in the back of his property. <br /> It was the concensus of the Council that the City Engineer should <br /> review this fill request. The Engineer stated that he would do <br /> so in the next couple of days. <br />Page -14- <br />
