MINUTES <br />City Council <br />July 23, 1986 <br />frattalone Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Property On <br />Park Street RESOLUTION N0. 86-7-338 - INSTRUCTING TNE <br />(Cont.l CITY ATTORNEY TO SEND A LETTER TO FRANK <br />FRATTALONE ADVISING HIM THAT THE NOTICE PREVIOUSLY <br />SENT TO ST. PAUL UTILITIES, HOGGHEIM EXCAVATIMG, <br />AND TED READY REPAIR WERE INADEQUATE AND SHOULD HAVE <br />STATED THAT THEIR LEASE AGREEMENTS WITH HIM ARE <br />BEING TERMINATED EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1, 1986 <br />AND FURTNER INSTRUCTING MR. FRATTALONE TO WRITE <br />TO ANDERSON LANDSCAPING AND PRESCRIPTION LANDSCAPING <br />TERMINATING TNEIR LEASE AGREEMENTS WITH HIM <br />EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 1986 AS THEY ARE NOPI-CONFORMING <br />USES <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br />Ayes (51 Blesener, Fahey, Scalze, Collova, Nardini. <br />PJays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 15, Page 396. <br />Ms. Nardini suggested that Mr. Frattalone be advised of the <br />Planner's recommendations for improvement of the condition of <br />the Park Street property. <br />The Planner agreed that Mr. Frattalone should be advised to <br />bring in site plans when dealing with a future tenant for this <br />property. In this way, Mr. Frattalone will be aware of the <br />City's requirements and will be sure that the business is conforming. <br />Ms. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 86-7-339 - INSTRUCTING TNE <br />CITY ATTORNEY TO NOTIFY MR. FRANK FRATTALONE <br />OF THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY PLANNER <br />AS OUTLINED IN HIS JULY 22, 1986 MEMO <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Nardini, Scalze, Fahey, Collova, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Reso1ution Book No. 15, Page 397. <br />Spruce A property owner on Spruce Street was concerned that when Spruce <br />Street Street is reconstructed, that it be straightened. The property <br />owner pointed out that in some instances, the street is not <br />Agenda within the easement. <br />Addition <br />The Engineer stated that he will consider this, and agreed that <br />the street should be located within the easement. <br />Page -17- <br />
