MINUTFS OF TNE REGUI,~R P~f_F.TING <br />CITY COUPICIL <br />LITTLE CAPlADA, MINNESOTA <br />August 13, 19~3b <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br />Council of the City of Little Canada, P~1innesota ~vas held on the <br />13th day of August, 1986 in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br />located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City> <br />Flgenda P~1ayor Michael Fahey chaired the r~eeting and called it to order at <br />Item No. 1 7:30 P.P4. and the following members of the Counc9l were present <br /> at roll ca11: <br />Agenda MEP4E3ER5 PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Michael Fahey <br />Item No. 2 Councilman Pqr. William Blesener <br /> Councilman Mr. Rick Collova <br /> Councilwoman Ms. Mugs Nardini <br /> Councilwoman p1rs. f3everly Scalze <br /> ALSO PRESENT: City Clerk P~r. Joseph Chlebeck <br /> Consulting Fngineer hir. Donald Carley <br /> City Attorney Mr. George Qorer <br /> City Planner Mr. Steve Grittman <br /> Recording Secretary Mrs. ICathleen Glanzer <br />Minutes P4rs. Scalze indicated that on page 14, seco nd paragraph of the <br /> July 23 Council meeting minutes the minutes should reflect that <br />Agenda P1rs. Klein will try to resolve her concerns with the adjacent <br />Item No. 3 development to her propert,y with the City Council at a future <br /> Council meeting and not directly with the developer. <br />Mr. f3lesener indicated that on page 15, Resolution No. 86-II-336 <br />should reflect the rate of holiday overtime pay as "TWO AMD ONE-HALF <br />TIMES RETROACTIVE TO JFlFJUARY 1, 19£36." <br />Ms. Nardini indicated that on pa,qe 21, lst paragraph, the minutes <br />should reflect that Mr. Durray evi11 have someone patroling his <br />parking lot between the hours of 10 P.M. and 2 A.P~. <br />Ms, Nard9n9 introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION tJO.
