MINUTES <br />City Council <br />Flugust 13, 1986 <br />tlilliams Councit discussed testing of the pipelines and avhether or not <br />Pipeline such testing weakens the lines. h1r. [37esener pointed out that <br />(Cont.) Ramse.y County will be hiring a constaltant on the issue of testing. <br />Recess At this point in the meeting, 9:15 P.P~i., Council took a short <br />recess. The meeting was reconvened at 9:7_6 P.69. <br />T~vi n Lake 7'ne property o4vners on T~ai n Lake 7rai 1 submi tted a peti ti on to the <br />Trail City requesting that the City support them in their request for <br />Screening screening a1ong 6.9~ as it abutts their properties. <br />Petition <br />f4r.
