Fibensteiner and P1r. <br />Peterson, developers of S,ylvan Street, the opportunity to disci.~ss <br />their position on the assessrnents for Allen ~venue. <br />i_iquor The City has received application from Peter Theodorakakos for the <br />I_icense transfer of the Dick &"1ary's liquor license into his name. <br />7ransfer <br />Dick F~ ?1ary's The Cit,y Clerk renorted that all the n~cessary reports in conjunction <br />vaith the transf~r wer2 satisfactory. <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 9 i1r.
