MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />December 23, 1986 <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br /> Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the <br /> 23rd day of December, 1986 in the Council Chamber of the City <br /> Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Agenda Mayor Michael Fahey chaired the meeting and called it to order at <br />Item No. 1 7:30 P.M. and the following members of the Council were present <br /> at roll call: <br />Agenda MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Michael Fahey <br />Item No. 2 Councilman Mr. William Blesener <br /> Councilman Mr. Rick Collova <br /> Councilwoman Ms. Mugs Nardini <br /> Councilwoman Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br /> ALSO PRES[NT: City Attorney Mr. Thomas Sweeney <br /> Consulting Engineer Mr. Donald Carley <br /> City Planner Mr. Steve Grittman <br /> Recording Secretary P9rs. Kathleen Glanzer <br />Minutes Mr. Fahey indicated that on page 7, 4th paragraph of the December <br /> 10, 1986 Council meeting minutes, the last line should be corrected <br />Agenda to read "Mr. Fahey stated that he was in favor of the third floor <br />Item No. 3 being designated for senior citizens, even though handicapped units <br /> will not be provided on that floor." <br /> Mr. Blesener indicated the following corrections to the minutes: <br /> Page 7, second to the last paragraph, firs~ sentence should <br /> read "Mr. Blesener stated that there will not be any access <br /> to this site from DeSoto."; <br /> Page 10, regarding Fire Inspections, the City sent a <br /> letter to Dan Dolan regarding fire inspections and did <br /> not receive a letter from Dan Dolan; <br /> On page 13, second paragraph should indicate that Mr. Glanzer <br /> would probably be wi1ling to fill in as Emergency Services <br /> Director in Mr. Boss's absence. <br />Mrs. Scalze indicated that on page 13 of the minutes, second paragraph <br />from the bottom of the page, last sentence should reflect that the <br />grant application deadline in 1987 will be approximately May 15, as <br />was the deadline in 1986. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the fol1owing resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Page -1- <br />
