MINUTFS City Council Dec. 23, 1986 Minutes RESOLUTION N0. 86-12-548 - APPROVING (Cont.) THE MINUTES OF THE DECEMBER 10, 1986 COUNCIL MEETING AS CORRECTED The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by P9r. Blesener. Ayes (5) Fahey, Blesener, Collova, Nardini, Scalze. Nays (0), Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Dook No. 15, Pages 664 and 665. Jan. 5, Mr. Fahey reported that the Council will hold a special Council 1987 meeting on January 5, 1987 during which the newly-elected Mayor Special and Councilpersons will take an oath of office and 1987 appointments Council will be made. Meeting Agenda Addition I<rejci Mayor Fahey opened the Public Nearing on the reo,uest by Thomas Krejci CUP To for conditional use permit to amend a Planned Unit Development Amend Agreement in order to construct two 1,200 square foot additions to PUD his building located at 433 Little Canada Road. Agenda Fahey pointed out that the Planning Commission recommended approval Item No. 4 based on compliance with the Planner's recommendations contained in his report dated December 8, 1986. Mr. Thomas Krejci presented the Council with a site plan of his proposal. Krejci explained that he would like to construct a 1,200 square foot addition to the front of his building. This addition was requested previously, but never completed. Also, Krejci would like to add a 1,200 foot addition to the east end of the building. Krejci reported that the additions and existing building would be sprinklered. Scalze asked how many children would be added to Mr. Krejci's day care center. Krejci planned to add 18 children. Mayor Fahey asked if there was anyone from the general public wishing to be heard on this proposal. There was no one present Wishing to comment.
