MINUTES <br />City Council <br />Jan. 14, 1987 <br />Recess At this point in the meeting, 9:23 P.M., Council took a short <br />recess. The meeting was reconvened at 9:35 P.M. <br />Camera Mr. Fahey reported that for information of the general public any <br />Equipment camera equipment purchased by the City for broadcasting Council <br />(Cont.) meetings will be paid for from funds the City is allocated from <br />the North Suburban Cable Commission. The equipment will not be <br />paid for from general tax revenue. <br />Fire Mr. Collova reported that the Building Inspector has begun making <br />Inspections fire inspections and will submit a monthly report to the Council. <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 11 <br />Bingo PUD Mr. Blesener asked if the Building Inspector has inspected the <br />bingo hall to determine whether it is in compliance with the <br />Agenda PUD Agreement approved for the property. <br />Addition <br />Mr. Collova replied that he will ask the Building Inspector for a <br />written report on this matter. <br />Fahey suggested that a copy of the report be placed in the file <br />on this property. <br />On page 12, in discussion regarding rolling=over Capital Outlay <br />Transfer ~~ ~~ <br />Of Capital ~ funds, the word general should be added before the phrase <br />Outlay Funds sewer and water budgets . <br />Agenda Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Item No. 12 <br />RESOLUTION N0. 87-1-20 - APPROVING THE TRANSFER <br />o correction OF 1986 CAPITAL OUTLAY FUNDS FROM TNE SEWER AND <br />Res. 87-7.-25 WATER BUDGETS TO THE 1987 SEWER AND WATER <br />BUDGETS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Fahey, Collova, LaValle, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 20. <br />Page -12- <br />
