MINUTES City Council Jan. 14, 1987 Amb~a1ence Service (Cont.) Mr. Fahey suggested that he will discuss the matter with the Sheriff's Department to determine what options are available to to City and he will report to the Council as well as Mr. Samoszuk. Scalze also suggested that Fahey determine the actual cost of an ambulence call in Maplewood. Correction The City Engineer reported that there is an error on the Plat To Plat for the Round Lake 2nd Addition. The Engineer reported that the For Round error is a minor one and presented the Council with forms for their Lake 2nd approval which will correct the error. Addition Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Agenda Item No. 6 RESOLUTION N0. 87-1-17 - APPROVING THE CORRECTION TO THE PLAT FOR ROUND LAKE 2nd ADDITION AS PRESENTED BY THE CITY ENGINEER The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. Ayes (5) Fahey, Scalze, LaValle, Blesener, Collova. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 17. Federal The City Engineer recormnended approval of a Federal Funds Agency Funds Agreement which will authorize the Minnesota Department of Agency Transportation to obtain Federal Funds on behalf of the City Agreement and administer these funds for the City. Agenda The City Attorney reported that the Agreement appeared to be in Item No. 7 the proper form. Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 87-1-18 - APPROVING THE FEDERAL FUNDS AGENCY AGREEMENT WITN THE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY ENGINEER The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener. Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, Collova, LaValle, Fahey. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 18. Page -6-
