TITLE BY THE CITY ATTORNEY, IF NECESSARY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Collova, Fahey, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). <br />Reoslution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 30. <br />Krienke Dr. Krienke appeared before the Council requesting the division <br />Property of 20 feet of his property which is the site of his veterinarian <br />Division clinic and the addition of this 20 feet to his property located <br />And Parking at the corner of County Road C and Rice Street immediately west <br />Lot Change of the clinic. Krienke also presented to the Council a revised <br />parking lot lay-out for the veterinarian clinic. <br />Ager~da <br />Item No. 9 The Planner reported that when this matter was brought before the <br />Planning Commission, it was for concept approval and thus a report <br />had not been prepared. <br />The Planner reported that the parking at the veterinarian clinic <br />is in excess of Code requirements. The Planner reported that the <br />subdivision is minor in nature, and recommended approval. The <br />Planner also reported that he had no problem with the parking lot <br />design and reported that this would be reviewed by the Building <br />Inspector. <br />The Planner reported that the first parking space shown on the <br />plan will be in excess of five feet away from the right-of-way <br />of County Road C. This is a requirement of City Code. <br />The Planner also reported that he has met with potential developers <br />of the site on Rice Street and County Road C and there may be plans <br />to integrate parking on the two sites. This would be considered by <br />Council when a development request is filed. <br />Scalze asked if there would be curbing along the first parking <br />space next to County Road C. <br />The Planner stated that this is a Code requirement and would be <br />handled by the Building Inspector in his review of the parking <br />lot design. Construction of the parking lot will not begin until <br />the Building Inspector has approved the plan. <br />Scalze asked why the parking lot site plan contained in Council <br />agendas was different than the one presented by Dr. Krienke tonight. <br />Page -7- <br />
