MINUTES <br />City Council <br />Jan. 28, 1987 <br />Krienke The Planner reported that the site plan in Council agendas was what <br />Property was presented at the Planning Commission. However, the site plan <br />Division presented by Krienke tonight is a result of discussions at the <br />(Cont.) Planning Commission level. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 87-1-30 - APPROVING THE <br />KRIENKE PROPERTY DIVISION AS PRESENTED AS <br />WELL AS APPROVING THE REVISED PARKING <br />LOT CHANGE SUBJECT TO TNE REVIEW AND APPROVAL <br />OF THE CITY BUILDING INSPECTOR <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Blesener, Scalze, Collova, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 31. <br />Frank Kath The City Clerk reported that frank Kath has made application for a <br />Fill fill permit for his property located on McMenemy. <br />Permit <br />The City Engineer reported that he has reviewed the application. <br />Agenda Mr. Kath is requesting 225 cubic yards of fill, however, according <br />Item No. 10 to the Engineer's calculations, the amount is 400 cubic yards. <br />The Engineer also pointed out that there is an easement shown on <br />the sketch of the property, which the City does not own. The <br />Engineer suggested that as part of approval, Mr. Kath be required <br />to grant the City this easement. <br />Mr. Collova introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 87-1-31 - APPROVING A <br />REVISED FILL PERMIT APPLICATION FOR <br />FRANK KATH GRANTING HIM APPROVAL FOR <br />400 CUBIC YARDS OF FILL FOR HIS PROPERTY <br />LOCATED ON McMENEMY STREET SUBJECTTO <br />SUBMISSION OF A 15-f00T EASEMENT ON THE <br />PROPERTY AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY <br />ENGINEER AND SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION OF <br />TITLE BY THE CITY ATTORNEY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Collova, Blesener, Scalze, Fahey, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 32. <br />Page -8- <br />
