Gutierrez introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2025-1-6 —ADOPTING ORDINANCE 905, SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENTS, AND APPROVING S UMMAR Y PUBLICA TION OF THE ORDINANCE The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Kwapick. ADOPT POLICY FOR ELECTRONIC FUND TRANSFER PAYMENTS The Finance Director provided background information explaining that he would like to incorporate the electronic funds transfer policy as part of the existing finance policy. He provided an overview of the request noting that this policy would help to streamline processes and protect them from fraud. Miller commented that these practices seem to be good and a great way to protect from fraud. The Finance Director provided additional details on a validation process that has also been added through the bank. Miller introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2025-1-7 — ADOPTING AND INCORPORATING THE ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER POLICYAS PART OF THE EXISTING FINANCE POLICY The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Gutierrez. ORDINANCE 907, AMENDING THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR 2025 The City Clerk explained that this review is done on an annual basis and provided a brief overview of the proposed changes to the fee schedule. 0
