MINUTES <br />City Council <br />March 11, 1987 <br />Liquor <br />Licenses <br />(Cont.) <br />Adjourn <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 18 <br />Collova felt that the City should be planning ahead for new <br />development. <br />LaValle stated that it would be difficult to deny a liquor license <br />to existing restaurants in the City if they request a license. <br />Fahey agreed that a liquor license might be a good enticement to <br />a developer that could be as important as tax increment financing. <br />Fahey suggested that the minutes reflect that the City is willing <br />to consider additional icenses for new development that meets the <br />City's economic goals.
