MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />March 25, 1987 <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br /> Council of the City of Little Canada, M innesota wa s held on the <br /> 25th day of March, 1987 in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br /> located at 515 Little Canada Road in sa id City. <br />Agenda Mayor Michael Fahey chaired the meeting and called it to order at <br />Item No. 1 7:30 P.M. and the following members of the Council were present <br /> at roll call: <br />Agenda MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Michael Fahey <br />Item No. 2 Councilman Mr. William Blesener <br /> Councilman Mr. Rick Collova <br /> Councilman Mr. Jim LaValle <br /> Councilwoman Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br /> ALSO PRESENT: City Clerk Mr. Joseph Chlebeck <br /> City Attorney Mr. Jim 0'Connor <br /> Consulting Engineer Mr. Scott Brink <br /> City Planner Mr. David Licht <br /> Recording Secretary Mrs. Kathleen Glanzer <br />Minutes Scalze indicated that on page 9 of the March 11 mi nutes it should <br /> be noted that the reason the Council decided not to pursue a <br />Agenda Community Development Block Grant for construction of a bike path <br />Item No. 3 on Keller Parkway is that the City coul d not meet the following <br /> criteria for this funding: <br />1. Activities which benefit low and moderate income households; <br />2. Activities which aid in the prevention or elimination of <br />slum or blight; <br />3. Activities designed to meet community development needs <br />having a particular urgency. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 87-3-114 - APPROVING THE <br />MINUTES OF TNE MARCH 11, 1987 REGULAR <br />COUNCIL MEETING WITH THE CORRECTIOM AS <br />OUTLINED ABOVE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, Collova, LaValle, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution No. 17, Page 124 and 125. <br />Page -1- <br />
