MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA April 8, 1987 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 8th ciay of April, 1987 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Agenda Mayor Michael Fahey chaired the meeting and called it to order at Item No. 1 7:30 P.M. and the following members of the Coun cil were present at roll call: Agenda PIEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Michael Fahey Item No. 2 Councilman Mr. Rick Collova Councilman h9r. Bill Blesener Councilman Mr. Jim LaValle Councilwoman Mrs. Beverly Scalze ALSO PRESENT: City Clerk Mr. Joseph Chlebeck City Attorney Mr. Thomas Sweeney Consulting Engineer Mr. Donald Carley City Auditor Mr. Robert Voto Recording Secretary Mrs. Kathleen Glanzer Approval Mrs. Scalze indicated the following correction s to the minutes of Of The the March 25, 1987 Council meeting: Minutes On page 9, the addition of the following statement should Ag~nda be made to Resolution No. 87-3-119 "PAYME NT UPON COMPLETION Item No. 3 OF WORK AND PREVIOUS SUBP4ISSION OF LIEN W AIVERS"; On page 12, the addition of the following should be be made to the first paragraph under the topic of "Sale of School Buildings": "or are prep aring ordinances."; On page 12 the following should be added to Resolution No. 87-3-123 after the word "ORDINANCES": "OR PROPOSED ORDINANCES" Mr. Blesener indicated that the following phrase should be added to Resolution No. 87-3-123 after the word "PROPERTY": "BUT ARE USED BY THE CITY". Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 87-4-131 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF TNE MARCN 25, 1987 COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES WITH THE OUTLINED CORRECTIONS Page -1-
