MINUTES <br />City Council <br />April 22, 1987 <br />Bingo Jan Raditz, Vice President of MRID, appeared before the Council and <br />(Cont.) pointed out that the interpreter working at tonight's meeting was a <br />resident of Little Canada signing for deaf people living in the City <br />as well as surrounding areas. <br />Raditz reported that she will report in the future on the hearing <br />impaired people living in the City and how MRID benefits them. <br />Text There was no one present wishing to address the proposed text amendment <br />Amendment relating to sideyard setback requirements. <br />Sideyard <br />Setbacks Mr. Dlesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Agenda RESOLUTION N0. 87-4-169 - CLOSING THE PUBLIC <br />Item No. 10 NEARING ON THE PROPOSED TEXT AMENDMENT REGARDING <br />SIDEYARD SETBACK REQUIREMENTS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Collova. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Collova, LaValle, Fahey, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 183. <br />The Planning Commission has recommended approval of the text amendment. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following ordinance and moved its adoption: <br />ORDINANCE N0. 283 - AMENDING SECTION 905.020.C.2. <br />OF THE LITTLE CANADA ZONING CODE, RELATIVE TO <br />SIDE YARD SETBACK REQUIRFMENTS FOR R-1 PROPERTIES <br />DEVELOPED BEFORE JUNE 25, 1980 <br />The foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, LaValle, Collova, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Ordinance declared adopted. <br />No Parking The Fngineer reported that in order to meet State Aid requirements, <br />On Demont no parking will have to be designated on Demont. <br />Avenue <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the <br />following resolution a <br />nd moved its adoption: <br />Agends <br />item No. 16 RESOLUTIOPI N0. 87-4-170 - ORDERING NO PARKING <br /> ON DEP10NT AVEN UE FROM CANABURY DRIVE TO RICE <br /> STREET IN CONJUNCTION WITH STATE AID IP4PROVEMENT <br /> N0. 86-7 <br />Page -32- <br />
