MINUTES City Council April 22, 1987 Bingo Jan Raditz, Vice President of MRID, appeared before the Council and (Cont.) pointed out that the interpreter working at tonight's meeting was a resident of Little Canada signing for deaf people living in the City as well as surrounding areas. Raditz reported that she will report in the future on the hearing impaired people living in the City and how MRID benefits them. Text There was no one present wishing to address the proposed text amendment Amendment relating to sideyard setback requirements. Sideyard Setbacks Mr. Dlesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Agenda RESOLUTION N0. 87-4-169 - CLOSING THE PUBLIC Item No. 10 NEARING ON THE PROPOSED TEXT AMENDMENT REGARDING SIDEYARD SETBACK REQUIREMENTS The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Collova. Ayes (5) Blesener, Collova, LaValle, Fahey, Scalze. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 183. The Planning Commission has recommended approval of the text amendment. Mrs. Scalze introduced the following ordinance and moved its adoption: ORDINANCE N0. 283 - AMENDING SECTION 905.020.C.2. OF THE LITTLE CANADA ZONING CODE, RELATIVE TO SIDE YARD SETBACK REQUIRFMENTS FOR R-1 PROPERTIES DEVELOPED BEFORE JUNE 25, 1980 The foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener. Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, LaValle, Collova, Fahey. Nays (0). Ordinance declared adopted. No Parking The Fngineer reported that in order to meet State Aid requirements, On Demont no parking will have to be designated on Demont.
