MINUTES <br />City Council <br />May 13, 1987 <br />Soo Line The City Engineer submitted for approval an agreement with the Soo <br />RR Crossing Line Railroad to cross their property on bloodlyn with watermain. <br />Permit The permit number is 26262. <br />Woodlyn <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 10 RESOLUTION N0. 87-5-203 - EXECUTING THE <br />AGREED9ENT BETWEEN TNE CITY AND THE S00 <br />LINE RAILROAD FOR A CROSSING PERMIT TO INSTALL <br />WATERMAIN ALONG WOODLYN AVE~IUE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Collova. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Collova, Scalze, Fahey, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 221. <br />Change- The City Engineer submitted for approval a change-order with Houle <br />Order Construction to extend storm sewer from the Thunder Bay Addition to <br />Houle Arcade Street. The Engineer reported that at the time the storm <br />Construction sewer hearings were held, the Thunder Bay Addition plat was not <br />ready to proceed, and this is why the change-order is now being <br />Agenda requested. <br />Item No. 11 <br />A property owner asked if the storm sewer would be a buried pipe. <br />The Engineer replied that it would. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />( Houle) RESOLUTION N0. 87-5-204 - APPROVING A <br />Change order-I-) CHANGE-ORDER WITH NOULE CONSTRUCTION <br />FOR STORM SEWER FROM THUNDER BAY ADDITION <br />TO ARCADE STREET <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, Fahey, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 222. <br />Change- The City Engineer submitted a change-order with Danner Construction <br />Order for installation of a storm sewer on Spruce Street from Lake to <br />Danner Sylvan. The Engineer reported that this is the storm sewer that <br />Construction was recently requested by Frank Graczyk. The Engineer noted that <br />the total project in this area will cost $22,000, while the additional <br />Agenda pipe being installed as part of the change-order will cost from <br />Item No. 11 $15,000 to $16,000. <br />Page -11- <br />
