MIPIUTES City Council May 13, 1987 Change- Order Danner Construction (Cont.) Slumberland Utilities Agenda Item No. 12 Mr. Collova introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 87-5-205 - APPROVING A CHANGE-ORDER WITH DANNER CONSTRUCTIOPJ FOR IMPROVEMENT N0. 86-5, STOR~9 SEWER ON SPRUCE STREET FROM LAKE STREET TO SYLVAN The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. Ayes (5) Collova, Scalze, alesener, Fahey, LaValle. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 223. The City Engineer reported that Larry Lee has petitioned the City for utilities for his Slumberland project on Centerville Road. Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 87-5-206 - CALLING FOR A FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR THE NECESSARY UTILITIES FOR THE SLUMBERLAND DEVELOPMENT ON CENTERVILLE ROAD Screen Door For Council Chambers Agenda Addition The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Collova. Ayes (5) Blesener, Collova, LaValle, Scalze, Fahey. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 224. Mr. Fahey suggested that the Public Works Superintendent check into purchasing a screen door for the exit door in the Council Chambers. Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 87-5-207 - AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS SUPERINTENDENT TO LOOK INTO AND PURCHASE AS APPROPRIATE A SCREEN OR SCREEN DOQR FOR THE EXIT DOOR IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener.
