Mrr~urEs <br />City Council <br />June 17, 1987 <br />Bingo Platson stated that his group was more than happy to sit doum with the <br />(Cont.1 Recreation Association and work out the details. SO DESIRES, THREE DESIGNEES FROP9 <br />THE LITTLE CANADA RECREATION ASSOCIATION BE <br />APPOINTED TQ THE BOARD OF THE NORTFI SUBURBAN <br />YOUTN ASSOCIATION, UlITH THE CONDITION THAT <br />10% OF THE PIET GAMBLING PROFITS (3E GIVEN TO <br />THE LITTLE CANADA PARK LAND ACQUISITION FUND <br />APJD CONDITIONED UPON THE ROSEVILLE YOUTH <br />FOOTDALL ASSOCIATION AGREEING TO THE ROTATION <br />SCHEDULE AS OUTLINED IN STAN BABEL'S JUNE 17, <br />1987 LETTER <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Collova, Scalze, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Pages 288 and 289: <br />Council informed Matson that the Roseville Youth Football <br />Association will have to submit copies of their financial reports <br />including Schedule C's and reports showing where they have <br />distributed their funds. <br />Council also discussed the necessity for certified audits of the <br />charities. 6abe1 pointed out that the Department of Commerce <br />required financial reports that have been signed by a CPA. <br />D1atson stated that it was their intention as a group to have certified <br />audits done. <br />Page -9- <br />
