Scalze. <br />LaValle. <br />No. 17, Page 313. <br />Recess At this point in the meeting, 10:09 P.P4., Council took a short recess. <br />The meeting was reconvened at 10:16 P.M, <br />David The Attorney reported that he discussed the right-of-way needed for <br />Idright Noel Drive with the Plessel's who have indicated that they are not <br />Property willing to convey any property for right-of-way. The Attorney <br />Division suggested that he discuss the matter with David ~lright and inform <br />him that in order to proceed with his property division, he will <br />Ag.7da have to acquire the necessary right-of-way for Noel Drive. The Attorney <br />Item No. 13 will report further at a future Council meeting. <br />Change The City Engineer submitted for approval Change Order No. 2 with Danner <br />Order No. 2 Construction in the amount of $8,500 for construction of the entrance <br />Danner to Sylvan Avenue in Imp. Pio. 86-15. <br />Construction <br />P9r. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Agenda <br />Addition P.ESOLUTIOM N0. 87-6-289 - APPROVING CHANGE <br />OP,DFR N0. 2 WITH DANNER CONSTRUCTION FOR <br />THE ENTRANCE ON SYLVA~1 AVENUE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Collova. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Collova, Scalze, LaValle, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 314. <br />Dan Leibel The Engineer reported that Dan Leibel, 105 Twin Lake Blvd., is <br />Landfill requesting a landfill permit for 3,500 cubic yards of fill to fill <br />Permit ~n a hole on his property. The Engineer reported that he has looked <br />at the property and recommends approval of the permit. <br />Agenda <br />Addition Frank Frattalone reported that he would be doing the filling, and <br />there will probably only be 2,200 to 2,500 cubic yards of fill needed. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Page -19- <br />
