Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 87-6-286 - AP+IENDING THE CITY S THOROUGHFARE PLAPJ TO DE~ETE ALLEN AVENUE FROM EXISTIDIG ARCADE STREET RUNNING 4dEST TO THE 6JESTERLY PROPERTY LI~IE OF THE SENTY PROPERTY DUE TO THE EXISTENCE OF AN ADEQUATE THOROUGHFARE PLAIJ !n~ITH ACCESS TO THE NORTH THROUGH WINDWARD t+IAY AND POTENTIAL ACCESS TO THE SOUTH TO LABORE ROAD The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. LaValle. Ayes (5) Fahey, LaValle, Scalze, Collova, Blesener. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 311. The City Planner reported that the proposed division of the southerly 96 feet of the Senty property meets City Code requirements. Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTIODI N0. 87-6-287 - APPROVING TNE SENTY PROPERTY DIVISION AS PRESENTED ON PAGE 54 OF COUNCIL AGENDAS SUBJECT TO THE EMGINEER'S DETERMINATION OF THE NECESSITY OF DRAINAGE EFlSEMEPdTS Finkelson Final Plat Agenda Item No. 12 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by P1r. Blesener. Ayes (5) Fahey, Blesener, Collova, Scalze, LaValle. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 312. P1r. Norm Finkelson presented to the Council the final plat for his property fronting on Spruce Street and Sylvan Avenue.
