Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 87-6-286 - AP+IENDING THE <br />CITY S THOROUGHFARE PLAPJ TO DE~ETE ALLEN <br />AVENUE FROM EXISTIDIG ARCADE STREET RUNNING <br />4dEST TO THE 6JESTERLY PROPERTY LI~IE OF THE <br />SENTY PROPERTY DUE TO THE EXISTENCE OF AN <br />ADEQUATE THOROUGHFARE PLAIJ !n~ITH ACCESS TO <br />THE NORTH THROUGH WINDWARD t+IAY AND POTENTIAL <br />ACCESS TO THE SOUTH TO LABORE ROAD <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, LaValle, Scalze, Collova, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 311. <br />The City Planner reported that the proposed division of the southerly <br />96 feet of the Senty property meets City Code requirements. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIODI N0. 87-6-287 - APPROVING TNE <br />SENTY PROPERTY DIVISION AS PRESENTED ON PAGE 54 <br />OF COUNCIL AGENDAS SUBJECT TO THE EMGINEER'S <br />DETERMINATION OF THE NECESSITY OF DRAINAGE <br />EFlSEMEPdTS <br />Finkelson <br />Final Plat <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 12 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by P1r. Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Blesener, Collova, Scalze, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 312. <br />P1r.
