MINUTES City Council July 22, 1987 Assessment RESOLUTION N0. 87-7-336 - CALLING FOR AN Hearing ASSESSMEPlT HEARIDIG FOR AUGUST 26, 1987 (Cont.) The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Collova. Ayes (5) Scalze, Collova, Fahey, LaValle, Blesener. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 18, Page 363. Woodlyn The Engineer reported that watermain has been installed on 6~Joodlyn Avenue Avenue, and he will be making a report on what needs to be done to Improvement the street at the next meeting. Agenda Item No. 17 Storm Sewer The Engineer reported that there has been a request by Gordy Howe to On Edgerton extend the storm sewer along Edgerton, and he will bring in a recommendation on this at the next Council meeting. Agenda Addition Easement The City Attorney submitted to the Council for approval a resolution Condemnation ordering condemnation of an easement for Improvement No. 86-7. Agenda Mr. Collova introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Item No. 18 RESOLUTION N0. 87-7-337 - ORDERING CONDEMNATION OF AN EASEMENT FOR IMPROVEP~ENT N0. 86-7 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by D9r. Fahey. Ayes (5) Collova, fahey, Scalze, alesener, LaValle. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 18, Page 364. Amending The City Flttorney reviewed with the Council proposed Ordinance No. Personnel 287 amending the City's personnel ordinance. Ordinance Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Agenda Item No. 19 ORDINANCE N0. 287 - AMENDING SECTION 209.090 (G) AND ADDING SECTION 209.090 (H) TO CHAPTER 209, RELATING TO CITY PERSONNEL OF TNE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA The foregoing Ordinance was duly seconded by Mr. LaValle.
