P4INUTES City Council July 22, 1987 Benches (Cont.) Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 87-7-341 - ORDERING TWO PARK BENCHES FOR GERVAIS MILL PARK AT A COST OF APPROXIPIATELY $450, PLUS INSTALLATION IF NECESSARY, FROM DU MOR, INC. Ordering Mill Stone Replica The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by P4r. Blesener. Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, LaValle, Collova, Fahey. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 18, Page 368. Scalze reported that the Park Commission is recommending that the City order a replica mill stone for Gervais Mill Park from Concrete Specialties at an approximate cost of $850.00. Agenda Blesener asked if the expenditures for Gervais Mill Park have been Item No. 25c budgeted for. Scalze replied that the Council previously decided that it would make the necessary improvements to Gervais Mill Park even if some of the funds had to come from General Fund Budget. Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 87-7-342 - ORDERING A REPLICA MILL STONE FOR GERVAIS P4ILL PARK FROM CONCRETE SPECIALTIES AT AN APPROXIMATE COST OF $850.00 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener. Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, Collova, LaValle, Fahey. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 18, Page 369. Stone The Nistorical Society is recommending that a stone plaque be Plaque ordered for Gervais Mill Park. Estimated cost of the plaque is For Gervais $1,100 and money has been budgeted for this plaque.
