MINUTES City Council July 22, 19II7 Plaque The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Collova. For Gervais Ayes (5) Scalze, Collova, Fahey, LaValle, Blesener. Mill Park Nays (0). (Cont.) Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book N0. 18, Page 370. Landscaping Scalze reported that the Park Commission took bids for landscaping in In Gervais Gervais Mill Park, the low bid being from Twin City Landscaping in Mill Park the amount of $3,518.50. Agenda The Park Commission is recommending that this bid be awarded. Addition Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTIOM N0. 87-7-344 - APPROVING AND AWARDING THE LOW BID OF TWIN CITY LANDSCAPING FOR LANDSCAPI~IG IN GERVAIS MILL PARK IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,518.50 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener. Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, Collova, Fahey, LaValle. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 18, Page 371. Plans For Scalze reported that the Park Commission has recommended that 6i11 Thunder Bay Sanders draw up plans for the Thunder Bay Park and Trail System. Park & Trail Approximate cost of this work is $300 to $400 and there is money System in the Park Budget for this expenditure. Agenda Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Item No. 25d RESOLUTION N0. 87-7-245 - AUTHORIZING BIL~ SANDERS TO DRAW UP PLANS FOR THE THUNDER BAY PARK AND TRAIL SYSTEM The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. Ayes (5) Fahey, Scalze, LaValle, Blesener, Collova. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 18, Page 372. Fahey noted that there is a new map available from the Chamber of Commerce for the cities of Vadnais Heights and Little Canada. Fahey pointed out that while Vadnais Neights has several parks listed on this map, Little Canada has only one. Page -26-
