Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Fahey, Scalze, Collova, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 18, Page 376. <br />Additional The City Clerk recommended approval of Investors Savings Bank and <br />Investors - Federal Savings Bank as additional investors for the City. <br />Federal <br />Savings Bank Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />R~ Investors <br />Savings Bank RESOLUTION N0. 87-7-350 - APPROVING THE <br />INVESTORS SAVINGS BANK AND FEDERAL SAVINGS <br />Agenda BANK AS ADDITIONAL INVESTORS FOR TFIE CITY <br />Addition BASED ON THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY <br />CLERK <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Blesener, Scalze, Collova, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 18, Page 377. <br />Frank Scalze suggested that the Council review the information the Clerk <br />Frattalone has provided on the permits approved for the Frank Frattalone <br />Property property and that the Council discuss this matter at its next <br />meeting. <br />Agenda <br />Addition <br />David Mr. David blright appeared before the Council regarding his request <br />Wright for the division of his property. <br />Prooerty <br />Division The City Attorney pointed out that an easement is necessary for <br />proposed Noel Drive from the Plessel property, however, Mrs. Plessel <br />Agen:la would like to be paid for this easement. <br />T1;em No. 11 <br />Fahey reported that when a private developer wants to put in an <br />improvement, the developer is responsible for obtaining easements. <br />Only when an improvement involves several property owners does the <br />City become involved. <br />Page -29- <br />
