Fahey. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, Fahey, Scalze, Collova. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 18, Page 421. <br />Assessment Mr. Fahey opened the assessment hearing on Improvement No. 86-8, <br />Hearing LaBore Road overlay. Cost of the improvement is $24,177,36 and is <br />Imp. No. proposed to be assessed to the Stuart Corporation, at $7.69 per front <br />g6_g foot. <br />There was no one present wishing to comment on the LaBore Road <br />Agenda overlay assessment. <br />Item No. 13 <br />P,9r.
