MINUTES City Council August 26, 1987 Assessment Fahey opened the assessment hearing on Imp. No. 86-9A, improvement Hearing of East Rose Place by overlay. Total cost of the improvement is Imp. No. $9,588.36 which will be assessed against the property owners on East 86-9A Rose Place based on their front footage. The assessment would be $7.69 per front foot. Agenda There was no one present wishing to comment on Imp. No. 86-9A. It2m No. 14 Mr. Collova introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 87-8-398 - CLOSING THE PUBLIC NEARING ON IMP. N0. 86-9A, OVERLAY OF EAST ROSE PLACE The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener. Ayes (4) Collova, Blesener, Fahey, Scalze. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 18, Page 424. Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTI0~1 N0. 87-8-399 - APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR IMP. N0. 86-9A AS ARIENDED, EAST ROSE PLACE FROM JACKS0~1 TO LAKESHORE BY STREET OVERLAY COUNTY N0. 5669 INTEREST RATE - 9% PER ANNUM INSTALLMENT - THREE YEARS The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Collova. No. 86-96, improvement Hearing of Lakeshore from East Rose Place to Lake Street by street overlay. Imp. No. Total cost of the improvement is $4,225.60 which will be assessed 86-98 against the benefited property owners on Lakeshore Avenue, at $7.69 per front foot. There was no one present wishing to comment on Imp. No. 86-96.
