MINUTES OF THE RFGULAR MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA, MI~I~IESOTA September 9, 19II7 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Little Canada, Minn esota wa s held on the 9th day of September, 1987 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road i n said C ity. Agenda Mayor Michael Fahey chaired the meeting an d called it to order at Item No. 1 7:30 P.M, and the following members of the Council were present at roll call: Agenda MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Michael Fahey Item No. 2 Councilman Mr. William Blesener Councilman P~r. Rick Collova Councilman Mr. Jim LaValle Councilwoman Mrs. Beverly Scalze ALSO PRESENT: Consulting Engineer P1r. Donald Carley City Attorney Mr. Thomas Sweeney Recording Secretary Mrs. Kathleen Glanzer Minutes Mrs. Scalze reported that on page 32 of the August 26 Council minutes, the first paragraph should be amended to reflect that Recreation time Agenda slips would be discussed at the September 9, 1987 Council meeting and Item No. 3 not the budget meeting. Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 87-9-420 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE AUGUST 26, 1987 MEETING AS l~MENDED The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Fahey, LaValle, Collova. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 18, Page 445. Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 87-9-421 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE SEPTEMBER 2, 1987 WORKSHOP MEETING AS SUBMITTED The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Collova. Ayes (5) Blesener, Collova, LaValle, Fahey, Scalze. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 18, Page 446. Page -1-
