MINUTES <br />City Council <br />Sept. 23, 1987 <br />Bows & Scalze suggested that the City Attorney research the ordinance to determine <br />Arrows if hunting with bows and arrows is covered. <br />(Cont.) <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 87-9-451 - DIRECTING THE <br />CITY ATTORNEY TO RESEARCH CITY ORDINANCE <br />TO DETERMINE IF TNE ORDINANCE COVERS HUNTING <br />WITH BOWS AND ARROWS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, alesener, Collova, LaValle, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution apepars in Resolution Book No. 18, Page 477. <br />Purchase The City Attorney submitted for Council approval a purchase agreement <br />Agreement between the City selling the Wright property on LaBore Road to Frank <br />For Wright Frattalone. <br />Property <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Agenda RESOLUTION N0. 87-9-452 - AUTHORIZING THE <br />Addition <br />MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN THE PURCFIASE <br />AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY SELLING <br />THE WRIGHT PROPERTY TO FRANK FRATTALONE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Fahey, Collova, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 18, Page 478. <br />St. John's Council noted receipt of documents wherein St. John's is appealing <br />Assessment its assessment for Savage Lane street improvement. <br />Appeal <br />Agenda <br />Addition <br />Senior The City Clerk reported that Mr. Thomas Herrity, 2485 Canabury <br />Citizen Drive, has filed an application for a senior citizen deferment <br />Deferment of assessments for the Demont Street improvement.
