The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by P1rs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Collova, Scalze, LaValle, Blesener, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 18, Page 479. <br />Increase Mr. LaValle reported that when the City hired temporary employee, <br />Salary Cheryl Gorsuch, the City agreed with the personnel agency that <br />For Gorsuch would receive a salary increase after 30 days of employmerit. <br />Temporary A 50 cents per hour raise is recommended. In order for the employee <br />Employee to receive an additional 50 cen~s per hour the billing rate for the <br /> employee from the personnal agency will be increased from $8.35 <br />Agenda per hour to $9.25 per hour. <br />Addition <br /> Scalze asked the City Clerk his opinion on the need for a full-time <br /> employee. <br /> The City Clerk recommended that a full-time employee be hired in <br /> this position rather than part-time. <br /> LaValle noted that Grace Blesener still has 45 days of her leave <br /> left before the City will need to act on the matter. <br />fahey commented that the City should find out Mrs. alesener's feelings <br />on returning to work prior to the end of her 90-day leave. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 87-9-454 - APPROVING AN <br />INCREASE IN SALARY FOR TEMPORARY EMPLOYEE, <br />CHERYL GORSUCH, RAISING THE BILLING RATE <br />FOR HER POSITION FROM $8.35 PER HOUR TO <br />$9.25 PER HOUR, WHICH GIVES THE EMPLOYEE <br />A 50 CENTS PER HOUR INCREASE EFFECTIVE <br />SEPTEMQER 21, 1987 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Fahey, Scalze, Collova, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 18, Page 480, <br />Zoning The City Council and the Planner reviewed the proposed Zoning <br />Ordinance Ordinance revisions which were discussed and agreed upon by the <br />Amendments Council at previous workshop meetings. <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 11 Page -17- <br />
