MINUTES <br />City Council <br />Sept. 23, 1987 <br />Zoning The foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br />Ordinance Ayes (5) Blesener, Fahey, Scalze, LaValle, Collova. <br />Amendments Nays (0). <br />(Cont.) Ordinance declared adopted. <br />Subdivision The City Planner submitted a copy of Tax Increment Financing Development <br />Amendments District amendments. The Planner stated that the Plan is the same as <br />the previous one except that there are some new districts added. <br />Agenda The Planner suggested that the Council review the plan for action at <br />Item No. 12 an upcoming meeting. <br />Thunder The City Planner pointed out that in order to file the plat for <br />Qay the Thunder Day Second Addition; a formal resolution is needed <br />Property approving the various property divisions necessary in conjunction <br />Divisions with the plat. The properties involved are the Newman, Sach, <br />Campbell and Wright properties. <br />Agenda <br />Addition The Planning Commission has recommended approval of these property <br />divisions. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 87-9-455 - APPROVIPIG THE <br />PROPERTY DIVISIONS FOR THE NEWMAN, SACH, CAMPQELL, <br />AND WRI6HT PROPERTIES IN CONJUNCTION 41ITH TNE <br />THUNDER BAY SECOND ADDITION PLAT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Collova. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Collova, Scalze, LaValle, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 18, Page 481. <br />No Wake Council agendas contained a great deal of information on various <br />Ordinance wake ordinances in effect in other cities. <br />Agenda Blesener indicated that the ordinance adopted by Prior Lake seemed <br />Item No. 13a to be what the City is looking for. <br />Fahey suggested that the City Engineer determine a high water level <br />at which a wake ordinance would go into effect. <br />Collova indicated that the high water level is usually posted at the <br />boat ramp as well as under the bridge leaving the channel. <br />Fahey suggested that the ordinance the City adopts should have the <br />high,water level set forth in the ordinance and that level posted <br />at City Nall as well as the boat docks. <br />Page -19- <br />
