MINUTES <br />City Council <br />October~ 28, 1987 <br />Waite Waite indicated that the City is in the pr~ocess of obtaining his <br />Pr•oper•ty easement. <br />Division <br />(Cont.) The City Attor•ney stated that he would have to check his file with <br />r~egar~d to the Hauth easement. <br />tdaite pointed out that he is only r•equesting the division of his <br />pr•operty into thr~ee lots, and is r•equesting no var•iances. <br />Ther~e was no one el se pr~esent wi shi ng to speak wi th r~egar~d to the <br />!Jaite proper~ty division request. <br />Mr•. Blesener• intr•oduced the following r•esolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 87-10-506 - CLOSING THE <br />PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ROCKNE WAITE PROPERTY <br />DIVISION REQUEST <br />The for~egoing r•esolution was duly seconded by Mr•. Collova. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener•, Collova, Scalze, LaValle, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declar•ed adopted. <br />This r•esolution appear•s in Resolution Book No. 1H, Page 534. <br />Council felt that the r•ecommendations of the City Planner• with r•egar•d <br />to the Hauth pr•oper•ty division would apply in the case of the Waite <br />proper•ty division as well. <br />Mr~. Blesener~ intr•oduced the following r•esolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 87-10-507 - APPROVING THE <br />ROCKNE WAITE PROPERTY DIVISION, DIVIDING <br />LOTS 12 THROUGH 20, NORTN NEIGHTS ADDITION <br />INTO THREE LOTS AS REQUESTED SUBJGCT TO <br />COMPLIANCE WITH THE PLAN~JER'S RECOMMENDATIONS <br />AS CONTAINED IN HIS REPORT DATED OCTOBER 5, <br />1987 ON THE HAUTH PROPERTY <br />The for•egoing r•esolution was duly seconded by Mr~s. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, LaValle, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declar~ed adopted. <br />This r~esolution appear~s in Resolution Qook No. 18, Page 535. <br />Hauth Ma~or• opened the public hear•ing on the r•equest of Mr•. Kenneth Hauth <br />eo ee•t to divide Lots 21, 22 and 23, Block 11, Nor•th Heights Addition into <br />g~v~isio~i one lot. Mr•.
