Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, Fahey, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declar•ed adopted. <br />This r~esolution appear~s in Resolution Book No. 18, Page 541. <br />Waite Fahey r•eported that after• r~esear•ching past Council meeting minutes, <br />Property the City Clerk determined that on November 12, 19II6 the City Engineer <br />Division r~epor•ted that ther•e would not be sufficient ar•ea in some of the lots <br />(Cont.) adjacent to the Sylvan Str• eet cul-de-sac to meet the City's 10,000 <br /> squar•e foot r~equir~ement. Ther~efor•e, Council deter•mined that a var~iance <br /> would be needed on these lots as the City would be taking land for~ the <br /> public domain. <br /> The Council indicated at that meeting that the pr•oper•ty owner~s should <br /> make application for• the var•iance after• they have dedicated the <br /> necessar•y r•oad easement to the City. The var~iance would be exchanged <br /> with the pr•oper•ty owner•s in retur~n for• the cul-de-sac easement at <br /> no cost to the City. <br /> Fahey noted that Mr•. Waite has not applied for~ a lot ar•ea var•iance <br /> for~ hi s pr•operty. <br /> Mr. Fahey intr•oduced the following r~esolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 87-10-514 - DENYING THE ROCKNE <br />6JAITE PROPERTY DIVISION FOR LOTS 12 THROUGH 20 <br />BLOCK 11, NORTH NEIGHTS ADDITION AS PRESENTED <br />DIVIDING THE PROPERTY INTO THREE LOTS AS THERE IS <br />INSUFFICIENT LOT AREA TO MEET MINIMUM LOT SIZE <br />REQUIREMENTS FOR THREE LOTS, AND INDICATING <br />THAT THE COUNCIL WILL RECONSIDER THE DIVISION <br />OF THE PROPERTY INTO TldO LOTS SHOULD THE APPLICANT <br />WISH TO PRESENT SUCN A PROPERTY DIVISION REQUEST, <br />AND INDICATING THAT IT WAS THE COUNCIL'S INTENTION <br />TO GRANT A LOT SIZE VARIANCE ENABLING MR.
