MINUTES <br />City Council <br />October• 28, 1987 <br />Fir•st Fahey r•epor•ted that due to November 11 being a legal holiday, the <br />Council Council has r•escheduled its fir•st meeting in November~ to November~ 4 <br />Meeting at 7:30 P.M. <br />In Nov. <br />Agenda <br />Addition <br />Fr~i tze Mayor~ opened the publ i c hear•i ng on the War~r•en Fr•i tze request for~ <br />CUP conditional use per•mit to constr•uct an accessor•y building on his <br />Accessor•y pr•oper~ty to be used for the stor~age of vintage cars. <br />Building <br /> Fahey pointed out that the Planner• has r~ecommended appr~oval subject <br />Agenda to the r•ecommendations contained in his r•epor•t. Also, the Planning <br />Item No. 7 Commission has r•ecommended appr•oval of the conditional use per~mit. <br /> Mr•. Fr~itze indicated that he will comply with the r•ecommendations <br /> of the Ci ty P1 anner~. <br /> Scalze pointed out that ther~e ar•e two dr•iveways on the pr•oper•ty, and <br /> asked if the nor•ther~ly dr•iveway will be used to access the new gar•age. <br /> Fritze reported that the northerly driveway will be removed if his <br /> r•equest i s appr~oved. Fr•i tze poi nted out the 1 ocati on of the pr•oposed <br /> gar•age. Fr~itze reported that the gar•age will be used to stor~e vintage <br /> car~s which he will be r•estor~ing for• his own pleasur•e. The car•s will <br /> not be sold. <br /> Ther•e was no one pr•esent wishing to cor~iment on the Fr•itze r•equest for~ <br /> conditional use per•mit for• accessar~y building. <br /> Mr•s. Scalze intr•oduced the following r•esolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. £37-10-512 - CLOSING TNE PUBLIC <br /> NEARING ON THE WARREN FRITZE REQUEST FOR <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT AN ACCESSORY <br /> BUILDING ON HIS PROPERTY <br />The foregoing r~esolution was duly seconded by P1r. LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Collova, Blesenew, Fahey. <br />Mays (0). <br />Resolution declar~ed adopted. <br />This r•esolution appear~s in Resolution Book No. 18, Page 540. <br />Mr•.
