MINUTES <br />City Council <br />Nov. 25, 1987 <br />Planning The for•egoing r~esolution was duly seconded by Mr~s. Scalze. <br />Commission Ayes (5) Collova, Scalze, LaValle, Dlesener•, Fahey. <br />Appointments Nays (0). <br />(cont.) Resolution declared adopted. <br />This r•esolution appears in Resolution Book No. 1H, Page 607. <br />Par•k The City Cler~k r•epor•ted that Mr•. Bill Sander~s and Mr•s. Diane Husak <br />Commission have applied for r•eappointment to another• ter•m on the Par•k Commission. <br />Appointments <br />Council r•eviewed the attendance recor•ds of these individuals and <br />Agenda found them to be satisfactor•y. <br />Item No. 16a <br />Mr~s. Scalze intr•oduced the following r~esolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 87-11-556 - REAPPOINTING <br />BILL SANDERS At~ID DIANE HUSAK TO THE PARK <br />COMMISSION FOR THREE-YEAR TERMS COMMENCING <br />JANUARY 1, 1988 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Dlesener~, Collova, LaValle, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declar~ed adopted. <br />This r~esolution appear•s in Resolution Book No. 18, Page 608. <br />Code Scalze felt that the Code Enfor•cement Officer• should r•eceive dir•ection <br />Enfor•cement fr•om the Council r•egar~ding enfor~cement of the commitments of <br />developer~s such as the timing of blacktopping of par~king lots. <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 15b Council agr•eed that developers should be r~equir•ed to meet their• <br />commitments, and Fahey indicated that the Code Officer• will be so <br />advised of the Council's feelings thr~ough these minutes. <br />Easements Collova suggested that in view of the Ganzel easement, the City <br />should r•eview var•ious easements within the City to deter•mine that <br />Agenda all necessar•y easements ar•e filed and r•ecor~ded. <br />Addition <br />It was the concensus of the major•ity of the Council that the issue <br />of easements be addr•essed if additional pr~oblems ar~e br~ought befor•e <br />the Council. <br />However•, Fahey pointed out that the City has alr•eady dir•ected the <br />Ci ty Attor~ney to wor•k towar•ds obtai ni ng an easement for• the cul ver•t <br />which cr•osses the Johnson pr•oper•ty adjacent to the Ganzel pr•oper•ty. <br />Page -11- <br />
