MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTFl December~ 9, 1987 Pur•suant to due call and notice ther•eof a r•egular~ meeting of the Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 9th day of December, 19H7 in the Council Chamber~s of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Fahey r•epor~ted that Resolution No. 87-11-566 in the November~ ?_5, 1987 Council meeting minutes should be cor~r•ected changing the phr~ase Agenda "OPTION PURCHASER" to °CONTRACT PURCHASER" and changing the last G~ior•d Item No. 3 in that resolution from "EASEMENT" to "ASSESSMENT" The Ci ty Cl er•k i ndi cated that P9r~. B1 esener~ woul d 1 i ke the fol 1 owi ng cor•r•ections made to the November~ 25th minutes: On page 6, Resolution No. 87-11-550 the wor•d "BASED" should be changed to "CO~IDITIONED UPON"; On page 7, lOth par~agr•aph the phr•ase "Video Update pr•oper•ty on Rice Str•eet" should be cor•r~ected to "AIC pr~oper•ty on Centerville Road"; On page 10, 5th par~agraph, the name "Mr•. Gustafson" should be cor~r•ected to "Business Development Ser•vices, Inc," Mr•s. Scalze intr~oduced the follou~ing r•esolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 87-12-568 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE NOVEMBER 25, 1987 COUNCIL MEETING AS CORRECTED The for•egoing r•esolution was duly seconded by Mr•. LaValle. Ayes (4) Scalze, LaValle, Collova, Fahey. Nays (0), Resolution declar~ed adopted. This r~esolution appear~s in Resolution Iiool< No. 18, Pages b18 and 619. Page -1-
