Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) Collova, Scalze, Dlesener, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declar~ed adopted. <br />This r•esolution appear~s in Resolution Book No. 19, Page 75. <br />AIC Fahey suggested that the same offer• be made to AIC Cor•por•ation for• their• <br />Cor•por•ation pr~oper•ty in the Center~ville Road ar•ea. <br />Pr•oper•ty <br />Council discussed whether• it wanted to pur•chase 4, 8 or• 12 acr~es fr•om the <br />AIC Cor•por•ation and it was decided that the option agr~eement should be <br />wor•ded to include up to 12 acr•es at this time. A Council wor~kshop could <br />be held in the futur•e to decide just how much pr~oper~ty would be acquir•ed. <br />Mr~. alesener~ intr•oduced the following r•esolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIO~d N0. 88-2-72 - AUTNORIZING TNE MAYOR <br />AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN OPTION AGREEMENT, AS <br />PRFPARED BY THE CITY ATTORNEY, 0~1 THE AIC CORPORATION <br />PROPERTY AT A PURCHASE PRICE OF $24,200 PER ACRE WITH <br />THE OPTION TO COVER UP TO 12 ACRCS OF PROPERTY, AND <br />THE SELLER TO BE RESPONSIE3LE FOR ANY LEVIED, DEFERRFD <br />OR PENDING ASSESSMENTS ON THE PROPERTY <br />The for•egoing r~esolution was duly seconded by Mr~. Fahey. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener~, Fahey, Scalze, Collova. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declar•ed adopted. <br />This r•esolution appear•s in Resolution Book No. 19, Page 76. <br />Qual i ty It was the concensus of the Counci 1 to tr~eat al l pr~oper~ty owner•s i n the <br />Blacktop Center•ville Road Ar~ea equally. Ther~efor~e, i t was suggested that the <br />Pr~oper•ty City amend its option agr~eement with Quality Blacktop to pr•ovide a <br /> purchase price of $24,200 per acre for the 1 1/2 acres of property <br /> the City would like to acquir~e fr~om Quality Blacktop. <br />Mr•.
