The City <br /> Attor~ney r•epor~ted that i t wi 11 be necessar•y to sur•vey the pr~oper~ty to <br /> r~esolve the issue. <br />Signs Council r~eviewed the City Planner's r~epor~t compar~ing the pr~ovisions <br />of the City's sign or•dinance with that of other• cities. The Council <br />Agenda was satisfied that the City's or•dinance was not too r~estr~ictive, but <br />Item No. 12 r~ather~ on the liber~al end. <br />Housing Fahey suggested that the Planner•'s r~epor~t r•egar•ding a City housing <br />Author•ity author~ity be tabled fr•om discussion for• one month. <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 13 <br />Liquor• Scalze suggested that the issue of City liquor• licenses be put on the <br />License agenda for• discussion at the next meeting. <br />Issue <br />The City Clerk reported that he would provide the Council with the <br />Agenda information he obtained fr~om the State r~egar~ding additional liquor~ <br />Addition licenses prior to that meeting. <br />Economic Fahey r•epor•ted that ther•e was a meeting of the Economic Development <br />Development Committee on Tuesday mor•ning to r•eview the pr~ogr•ess being made on <br />development of a brochure to promote the City to developers. The <br />Committee is also looking into the possibility of holding a developer~s' <br />luncheon to tr•y to attract a developer~ to develop a senior~ citizen <br />pr•oject within the City. <br />Pane -19- <br />
