Fahey noted that the amendment would allow <br />No. 297 homes constructed pr•ior• to June 25, 1980 to have a 5 foot sideyar•d <br />setback from inter~ior• lot lines. <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 9 Fahey asked if ther•e was anyone fr•om the gener~al public present wishing <br />comment on this text amendment.
